Dana Salisbury Duarte is a California Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical foundation in surgical nursing and a passion for aesthetic and regenerative medicine. After launching her career in surgery, Dana transitioned into aesthetics in 2019, where she discovered her calling: helping patients look and feel like the most empowered version of themselves - naturally.

In 2023, Dana founded XOXO Beauty Medspa, a space born from her desire to lead with her own vision rather than follow someone else’s. As the founder and lead provider, she combines advanced techniques with a personalized, holistic approach to beauty. Dana specializes in PDO threadlifts, natural facial balancing, and regenerative therapies that restore both outer beauty and inner vitality.
